Our turf delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. Delivery days may change due to Public Holidays. A minimum of 2 days is required for direct delivery, unless we are able to cater for an earlier time. Turf deliveries are to nature strips unless otherwise instructed.
Delivery times can vary, however, are usually between 8am and 2pm. A text message will be sent to your phone early on the morning of delivery with an estimated time frame. Our delivery partners will also give you a call when they’re ½ an hour away from arriving onsite. Turf is a perishable product and must be laid immediately on arrival.
All turf is delivered on disposable pallets. We do not offer a pallet collection service and ask customers to dispose of the pallets at your discretion.
As long as there is clear access and you give permission, turf can be delivered direct to the area you’re laying. Our delivery partners use a JCB forklift to unload onsite.
Delivery is available to metro & surrounding areas Tuesday – Friday weekly. Delivery days may vary for country & rural areas as freight companies vary based on location. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
You don’t need to be physically onsite to accept your turf delivery. If there is a preference on where you’d like the turf placed, please let us know so we can let the driver know. The driver will give you a call ½ hour prior to delivery, so you can update any details then also.
We like to deliver as early as possible, however delivery timeframes varies based on the volume of deliveries. We send at ETA as a text message early the morning of delivery and the driver will give you a call ½ hour prior to delivery. Deliveries are typically between 8 & 2pm.
