Turf Orders

We deliver fresh turf direct to your location. You can order your turf via phone, email or online. Payment must be received to confirm your order.

Payment Options

Online order payments for turf are completed by the eWAY Payment Gateway. Payments are fully automated and receive an immediate response. eWAY provides a safe and secure way of making payments online via credit card. Orders made via phone or email can be made via Eftpos or Direct Debit. Details will be provided with your invoice. 

Turf Delivery Policy

After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from eWAY noting your order details. To ensure the best possible service and with consideration of the perishable nature of our product, we will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your delivery date and address prior to delivery.

Our turf delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. Delivery days may change due to Public Holidays. A minimum of 3 days is required for online direct delivery, unless we are able to cater for an earlier time. Turf deliveries are to nature strips only unless otherwise instructed. Delivery times can vary, however, are usually between 8am and 2pm. A text message will be sent to your phone early on the morning of delivery with an estimated time frame. Turf is a perishable product and must be laid immediately on arrival. All turf is delivered on disposable pallets. We do not offer a pallet collection service and ask customers to dispose of the pallets at your discretion.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All turf orders are covered by the Lawn Solutions Australia Product Warranty.  If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately on 08 8752 0908 to discuss. If appropriate, a refund or replacement will be given. Sunnyside Instant Lawn does not accept returns.

If you wish to cancel or alter your order please contact our office immediately. A minimum of 3 days notice prior to delivery is required for changes or cancellations unless we are able to cater for the change. We reserve the right to cancel or change delivery dates on short notice if we are unable to harvest due to rain or extreme weather conditions.
